Whole House Rental Room Layout
The whole-house rental at Canal Street Inn includes all 10 guest rooms in the Main House.
The Garden-View House, a two-bedroom suite, is not included in the whole-house rental. It may be booked separately at the individual room rate if your group would like additional space.

Guests who would like to host a small gathering during their stay with additional non-registered guests may arrange an event for an additional fee, depending on the size and details.

Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days prior to arrival: The deposit is forfeited, with no additional charges.
- Within 60 days of arrival: The full reservation is non-refundable.
- Natural disaster or state mandate: A one-year gift certificate will be issued in place of a refund.
