The Magnolia is located on the first floor of the Canal Street Inn. The room’s windows provide a view of the courtyard lined with the lush, natural landscape of southern live oak trees and tropical foliage.

This room features a private bathroom with a roll-in shower, writing desk, closet, extra AC unit, smart TV, coffee maker, and a mini bar stocked with refreshments for purchase.

Wheelchair Accessible Room

This room allows for easy entry from our van-accessible parking lot, and all common areas on the floor are barrier-free. The room is equipped with support bars in the bathroom and shower, as well as a bed with plenty of clearance. Toilets, mirrors and washbasin heights are adjusted for wheelchair access also.

The Royal Street Room has a soaking tub with a shower combination.

The Audubon, Fleur-de-lis, and Canal Street Suites have whirlpool with a shower combination.

The Street Car, Prytania Master Suite, and Magnolia -ADA rooms have a walking-in shower only.

The Oak, Jasmine and Camelia Room have a shower/tub combo

What type of linens do you use?

We are proud to use Comphy® Sheets and linens.

Do you allow pets at the Inn?

We are very sorry, but we do not allow pets. We do have a nice boarding/hospital two blocks away.

Is there on-site parking?

There are very limited parking spots in the back of the Inn. Parking is free and “first come, first serve”. Free street parking is also an option surrounding the Canal Street Inn.
